hi can anyone tell me if the rear hub from a 2.2 diesel will fit a petrol model I have an abs fault in my o/s/r hub and was going to do a complete swap. there is one on ebay for sale with the sensor just need to know if they are same fit .thanks

Colin I think it depends on if its a saloon or tourer.
It might be a good ideal to check on lings website to double check.

The only other thing is brake disks are larger on the diesel than the petrol 2L
But I'm sure it's the same size as the 2.4
In this case the hub might be a different size but not 100%

Have a look on the Lings website to get the part number of what you require... http://www.lingshondaparts.com/ then you can compare that to available parts.

The Lings site gives Lings (not Honda) part numbers, but you can convert to Honda part numbers by simply deleting the characters '_pfk' from the web address when looking at the exploded view.

Good luck with finding a bargain!

Please do update us when you've got the problem sorted.

I decided to buy new instead of risking 2nd hand got a new sensor today from dealer 168 pounds daylight robbery
fitted it light didn't go out took it for a short drive light went out so all good in end if not a bit expensive!

Expensive but you are sorted and have piece of mind its a new part.
