Rear seats estate and saloon

Just a quick question if possible, currently got a half leather sport saloon and wanting to buy a tourer but it's full leather. Are the interiors fully exchangeable?

Does the saloon have seatbelts as part of the seat design ?

From previous non Honda experience, the difference in the wheelbase / wheel arch location normally prevents a straight swop.

The tourer rear seats have a fancy folding mechanism built in so that when you lower the seat back, the base flips up/forward, giving you a flat load space... they also have the cargo nets built into the rear seat backs which the saloon version won't...

Likewise the saloon seatback will get support from the parcel shelf/boot which won't be available in the tourer...

I reckon it's a no-go! Happy to be proven wrong though
