Rear Suspension Saloon v Tourer

I think I need to replace the rear suspension on the tourer, actually I do.
I have read on a few threads here on TA that the rear shocks/struts/springs
are the same for both the saloon and tourer, is that actually the case?

and does anyone have a DIY on changing them?
