Removing Chrome Hood Trim

Hi to all.
I am new to this website so first time to post. I have been reading alot of topics on this forum and all have been very helpful, so thanks to you all.
Anyway, I was reading one topic where the user mentioned colour coding the chrome trims on the CL7 grill and the hood.
I was wondering if the Hood Trim can just be removed, like debadging it for example?
Sorry I would have checked but I just bought my Accord while on holiday and I am not back yet. It is my first Accord. Previous car was an EP3 Type R.
