removing rear seat bench?

going to install my amp and sub , but cant see how the rear bench lifts up , anyone got a link or any info , cheers

I fed mine down the side of the car under the plastic trim then to get in to the boot I slid the cables down the side of the seat where the back folds down, you could see them and it work really well.

managed to get it , forgot there was a bolt near the centre , all installed but fed up of it now , just not into loud music like i was a few years back

I hear you! I got all the kit to fit a amp and sub to the 7th gen honda, just can not be bother with it all. lol :lol:
