My first topic aside from the introduction in Newbs-section, so hope I´ll do OK. :blush:
So, as the ***le states I´m interested in the differences of the side skirts of different models of Accord.
I´m pretty sure the Type-S has different skirts than the normal versions such as my i-CTDi, but are there difference between the skirts of the Type-S and Euro-R?
I managed to source a Euro-R front lip with minor damage for cheap on Ebay and had a crazy strike of luck when I took the front lip to be painted at a local body shop and happened to find a facelift Type-S rear lip in their shed that had sat there for years so I bought it off them.
Now I´m just wondering what to do with the skirts, and want to be 100% sure about the differences before I go out and buy something.
As an off-topic statement are the Euro-R and Type-S front and rear lips identical with eachother? Judging by pictures I can´t see much difference between them.. :huh:
Also, has anyone fitted a Type-S/Euro-R rear lip onto the i-CTDi rear bumper..? Is it possible by doing some cutting (because of the exhaust exit holes in the lip) or would I be better off sourcing a 2.4 rear bumper and get them both painted to match the car..?
