Side skirts on an EX

Hi guys, I have an 09 EX and I bought some second hand side skirts from a guy breaking an ES GT. He gave me all the clips and screws. What's the best way to fit these, as the EX doesn't have all the pre-drilled holes for the clips? Don't mind drilling, if necessary, but just want to know if anybody else has had to do this?
