Speaker Adaptor for 6 inch speakers?

can anyone please let me know where i can buy some speaker adaptors for the front doors of the accord to fit 6 inch speakers... ive tried ebay but i cant find any... thanks

I believe that that I have read somewhere that the Vectra spacers fit :unsure:
