Hi folks, my cars paint has a rough feel to it as it was stored in a garage and not covered whilst someone sprayed clear coat(i think).Should i use a t-cut with my halfords orbital polisher 12v or do it by hand? The paint is a light metallic green and is solid throughout,any advice would be appreciated.

A very light cutting compound and a DA will do it.

Wooah! ive used shave blades on furniture refurbishment but wouldn't have the bollocks to take one to my car! Cheers for the info but gonna use the compound lol!

I had one when I was 17 and I done my whole car with it, it was that car that got my a reputation for being OCD :wub:
You won't burn through the paint or cause any damage if the car is cleaned well prior to use.
Get a good polish worked in afterwards and then a top coat of wax . . . then stand back and admire B)

Seeing as though Honda's notoriously have soft paint, when we use razors on them, should we only use sensitive shaving foam?
And afterwards, would you suggest a soothing balm or would aftershave be ok?
