Looks like the Throttle Position Sensor isn't right. You have a CEL on, what's this for?

Looks more like the engine is in limp home mode and the EML is stopping the engine from revving. Get the EML code read and find out what the fault code is.

In this video there is an error of the engine. This is a video of my friend. I and the other members of the club Accord-russia.ru there are no errors in ECU and Automatic Transmission.But the problem is present.

So on a car with no CEL/EML light you ate getting the same problem? Did you check the TPS?
