hey .. my accord does have disease of the driveshaft which im taking care of this weekend but it feels like theres more nakered with it like it kinda feels like the shell isnt attached to the wheels and it feels really light.. steering feels fine and all suspension components are tight apart from very soft shocks but it doesnt feel like thats the issue.. i have no confidence in cornering and feels quite scary tbh.. this is my daily car so i dont really want to be throwing money at it as im trying to finish my project car off but obviously safety first and all that so if anybody can recomend anything that might give me abit of confidence in it again would be good.. over the weekend il be doing a full service and replacing the front brake pads and the nsf driveshaft along with gearbox oil but if theres any bushes that would be worth changing and i know honda and rover/mg parts are sometimes interchangable and the mg zr rear arb is a good upgrade for the mb6 civic is this the same with the zs and the accord.
thanks for any help in advance..

oh and its a f18 1999 accord just under 95,000 miles ..
thanks Dan

That's weird.
The 1.8 accord doesn't have a very hard suspension, but it's quite safe to take the corners, although it rolls a bit, for instance compared to 1.6 civic sport(year 2005)...

By the way you are describing the problem, it seems you have no Anti-roll bar, have you checked if the anti roll bar links are connected, both front and back? It's somewhat common for them to break, so take a look at all of them, they might be broken...

Edit:
BTW, I guess you can always get the anti-roll bars from the ATR, I guess they might be a direct fit.

antiroll bars as described are probably a good start mate. They make so much difference

What brand of tyres do you have on the car, and what PSI are you running them at?
