ULEZ - Ultra Low Emission Zone

It's not just London, Birmingham has ULEZ in the city centre and surrounding area.

If I have to go to ULEZ area, I use public transport.

I might trade my diesel in for a 2.0 petrol Accord.

Then I looked at the prices. Second hand petrol Accords are not cheap. Some crazy prices out there.

Edinburgh and Glasgow too, Glasgow started last year - Edinburgh is starting this year. Thankfully I'd rather just not drive in the centre of town areas covered by the zones anyway!
