hello, is the sat nav on 8th gen full voice control,when i get to address car is telling me to input through toggle dial. is this normal?

Funnily enough I was only looking into this last night. I think it is only through the dial when you get to inputting the address yes. You can't enter the letters with voice commands, at least I couldn't find any way of doing it and the manual says to use the dial.

before i bought the car i watched video on youtube,it shows inputting address with voice control(it was american though).
