Random, was driving the car yesterday, and braking down from about 40, when I got down to about 20 there was a little yellow triangle flashing and the ABS was kicking in (could have been traction control?) i think the brake pedal was buzzing, this lasted about 10 seconds. Def wasnt skidding or anything as for once roads were dry...

Hasn't done it since... Is it the start of something you think?

This might be a wheel sensor starting to play up

No was a good road, def no skid at all, was gentle braking and then just started juddering and making a noise, even sounded like drivers front wheel if that makes sense

As you say, it might just be the start of something and of course Brett could be right about it being a sensor. But I wouldn't worry unless it happens several times in different conditions.

Check your brake fluid level? and pads, but as stated maybe nothing to worry about, just keep an eye on it, try switching the vsa off for a short while.

As said just keep an eye on this as it might not be nothing.
But what I will say I just remembered something very similar when I had my diesel 7th gen.
Hate to say it but 2 days later I had the dreaded 66.1 VSA faliler.
What year and what mileage has the car got.
Also have you had any major work done on the car in the last month.
This was my experience and I'm sure there is a thread hear about this in diesel faults

Just found my post and this is what it was

No mate the only work done under the bonnet was the clutch but that was almost a year ago.
The really odd thing though whether its connected im not sure but driving home one night and the VSA light came on twice and engine power was lost.I thought at the time it was ice. Also i had to hit the brakes very hard that same night cos a car pulled out on me.
Then in the morning to go to work boom the lights on.
I think i might take a copy of the bulletin as well for good measure.
