Have had 3 different tyres on the Accord;
Yokohama AD08R’s - 215/45/17
Yokohama Advan Sport V105s - 215/45/17
Michelin Pilot Sport 4’s - 215/45/17
AD08R’s were exceptional for dry grip and reduced the cars body roll slightly with their reinforced sidewalls. Lacked confidence with them in the cold or wet though. Poor on fuel and noise.
V105’s were great in the wet & dry and were very predictable. Poor on fuel and noise.
PS4’s are very good in the dry, haven’t experienced them in the wet yet but expect similar performance. Quiet, better on fuel by about 4mpg and have made the car feel more solid to drive, again thanks to reinforced sidewalls. Best all-rounder I’ve had.
