Ipod Connection 2004 Accord Tourer

I have recently bought a 2004 Acoord Tourer with satnav and 6 CD multi changer.

I would like to hook up my ipod to the system, has anyone done this before and where did you buy the parts? I have seen a few from America on ebay however I am not totally convinced they are compatible.

You need xcarlink to connect ipod thats the only option, just search on forum there is many treads about it.

Im tempted to get one, but in two minds.

On the control can you play/skip albums or do you have to do it via the ipod itself?
