As for tensioners, I would go either to Honda or Blueprint. I recently bought a Gates timing belt kit for a Opel Corsa, and the tensioners were "Made in China"... At least the Blueprint ones are "Made in Japan"... You could also look for premium bearing makes, such as NSK. I actually think the Honda ones are made by NSK.
I'd replace the water pump but I'm not at all convinced on the need to replace the tensioners as they're mechanical and not hydraulic. The original Honda tensioners will almost certainly be more robust after 150k miles than a brand new aftermarket item.
Sorry have to chime in if you haven't already done this. Replace the auto tensioner without question, either honda item or do a manual tensioner conversion. They are prone to failing on Atrs, belt could slip and bye bye head, seen it happen on a mates which was replaced with a blueprint one and if you don't change it all your asking for trouble!
