Tourer rear bumper removal

I'm wanting to remove the towbar from my tourer and on closer inspection I'll need to remove the rear bumper to get to all the bolts. Are they any guides or tips on removing the bumper? Anyone on here done it? Having a quick look around there seems to be a few screws inside the arches and there are a few plastic caps when you open the boot. Do these hide screws/bolts? Is there anything else to undo before pulling the bumper off?

Usually is just screws at the edges then honda clips under the bottom edge. Top edge is clipped onto the body.

Thanks very much fella - the end that butts up to the rear wings on mine appear to have 'poped' out so i wanted to see if they will clip back in.
