So the PAS cooler pipe has a tiny hole in it and is now spraying PAS fluid out... Where can I get a new one from ASAP? Anyone got one spare or can point me in the right direction please?

Are they easi to fit? Looke like you just in old the old and bolt on the new?

Please help!

Many thanks,

Dan

Ok, don't drive it with the PAS fluid low/out or you'll wear out the pump and possible damage the rack.

Get the hose from a breaker or dealer and replace. Flush the system with genuine Honda PSF (get 2 litres) and you're off.

Oh, yep easy to fit, just unbolt/unclip the existing hose. PSF may go everywhere but it's not the worse stuff in the world.

Make you after the flush to bleed any air from the system (do a full left-right lock while keeping the reservoir full)

Thanks Jayok. I found two puncture holes, I used hose repair tape to temporarily seal them for now... Any idea where I can get the part from? Not even sure what I'm searching for...? I'm in Cheshire but don't know of any breakers here...

Here's the Power Steering lines from Lings Honda (you may need to create an a/c to see this). From the diagram which one is broke?

It is the rubber one number 14? If it is this rather than the steel lines, you could get this tubing from a motor factors and replace just that. I take it the return lines are damaged (no pressure).

Hi

No it's the metal one in front of the radiator... Unfortunately...

Dan

Ah ok, its the cooling element of lines so - part number 22

For some reason I forogt to paste the Lings reference:

Power Steering Lines

This is steel tube you could try and get repaired? Or as said a breakers yard - not sure of where in Chester but ebay is always a good starting point.
