i hope it is, replacement arms ordered! i really couldnt be arsed to fanny about pressing bushes into arms so these arms might cost a bit more but its a lot easier to do :)

just buy the 4 litre bottle of DOT4 from halfords for 18 quid or whatever it costs. you arent going to be racing (no matter how fast you "think" you are!) in the accord so standard fluid will be fine.

your thermostat could have failed in the open position. would explain ***** MPG and taking ages to heat up.
buy a new one (dont get a low temp "racing stat") or get investigative and heat yours in a pan of water until it opens whilst using a thermometer :)
