Mine had a replacement screen and there was some surface rust, which was from a previously replaced screen. Also the car has a couple of dents where the screen meets the roof which may allow for water ingress. The rust was only visible once the screen was removed though so I was none the wiser...

I agree with Andy about the engine weight. I put around 36 psi in all 4 of mine and the fronts have always appeared slightly flatter but they're not.

The best I ever achieved was 900 miles from 61.43 litres of supermarket diesel. The cars computer read 71mpg, but my calculations worked out at 66.5mpg. That was a mixture of M25 and North London driving. The tank before that was around 850 miles from a similar amount of diesel.
