Gav no this is completely normal

Don't use Copper Grease on the slider pins !!! copper grease attacks rubber and will ruin your seals. Only use a lube that's deemed rubber safe like Castrol Red Lube.. Do a quick google and you'll see...:rolleyes:

Simon, you sure it's from the back? The front ARB drop links are notoriously weak and worn one are as you're describing, might be worth a look. Does the accord have rear DL? if so I'd check these.... HTH's :-)
