As above mate, remap is the way forward. Im running a pre facelift 05 CL9 on a remap and i think thats the earliest year thats currently remappable. interms of drive it is how honda should have released it as stated it improves midrange torque and HP the most however it does help out the top...

Intake kits are only worth while if you going to couple it with a freer flowing out let its all well and good letting more air in but if you cannot get the exhaust out quick enough you can hurt performance or at best get more noise and no performance gains. As far as cat back goes the 2.4is...

yup having read around on it you canuse the K&N filter service kit.
