Out of interest, is the spoiler the same on the hatch as it is on the saloon? Are they interchangable?

If you were to replace the Bose head unit, would the speakers/sub all work as normal? Is it just normal connections behind the headunit? i.e. 4 pairs of wires for the main speakers plus rca cables for the sub? Is there a downside to ditching the Bose headunit? Does it have any fancy sound...

Since I've had the car, the fuel gauge has always been a little temperamental. Most of the time it works fine, but sometimes it reads nothing, not pointing at the 0, but a bit below like it does when the ignition is off. Now I had ***umed it was the fuel sender, which is supported by an invoice...

I do hope you meant 95 RON :P My daily commute is ~30 miles of motorway each way, usually with a bit of traffic in the morning. Mine generally works out to somewhere round the 30MPG mark.

Might be better to go to someone like powerflow. They will make one up to fit your car, so no problems with fitment. They also come with a lifetime warranty.

You might be able to claw back 1 or 2 horses, but as said above it will likely get soaked up in the increased vibrations. Certainly doesn't justify the time taken to do the job.

What else have you done to the engine? TBH I doubt it would make a noticeable difference.

Yep, last year I drove from mine to Chievley, stopped overnight, and in the morning drove to Castle Coombe (for Japfest), had two 15 minute sessions during the day, and then drove home. 34mpg :D

Not Accord specific, but Honda in general, I've found it makes little difference on economy weather you drive carefully, or weather you hoof it. In my CRX, I average to around 34mpg, and thats cruising at ~4000rpm

Is it really worth getting rid of a perfectly good car, all because you're too stingy to pay for a part that costs ~£200?
