The diagnostic shows both flaps move as the temp is adjusted. What appears to be an issue is both pipes into and out of the water control valve are cool. No hot water going into the matrix then even tho the valve opens and closes as it should and isn't leaking. Engine coolant temp peaked at 98...

So after a few weeks of monitoring my Aircon it seems I can only have hit and cold air separately, not together as you would normally expect to get a stable temp. The lense covers are different at the sides and for some reason there is a redundant connector that isn't used by my replacement units. These are not OEM Honda units. Works perfectly well tho. Sent from my XT1572 using Tapatalk

I tried my local Honda dealer and they said I don't need to change the timing chain so must be the aux belt that needs changing. Couldn't get past the main desk to speak to a technician or get a quote to replace the chains. Sent from my XT1572 using Tapatalk
