Apologies for not replying sooner. House dried out now.
Yes the new EPS module did the trick. they are only supposed to last 100000 miles so the Honda garage said.
Since i am keeping the car for another 3-4 years i ordered a new one from Honda. I have too much going on with a flood in my house than try to get old EPS module out. Tried looking for someone to repair the EPS module but no luck . Keeping the old one to get repaired as and when. Thanks for all...
Had diagnostic check, but no steering light on dash , working ok this morning. fault code 32.09 stored
Motor current correlation, carried out checks for code and all ok.
Obviously needs the fault to be there to be 100 %. Charged me half price for diagnostic check and complimentary wash and...
With what you have said and not wanting to upset a good friend at the garage i have booked a diagnostic check at Honda tomorrow. Get a second opinion and take it from there. Had a price of a new EPS module from Honda at £1137, Looks like ebay for a second hand one and a re manufactured rack for...
They say it was down to electrical impulses on the motor warming up and cutting out. I have always trusted this garage for the last ten years and been well treated. I did mention the module to them as the weak link on the 8th generation.
Just back from garage and i need a replacement electric steering rack. Trying to see a re manufactured one on ebay. can anyone recommend a company that they have used ?

Tried the headlamp restorer and renovator liquid from ebay . Then gave them a turtle wax cover. Will see how long it lasts. Will try to get some pics before and after when i know how to
Well the soda crystals method does not work. Will try your autosol idea, just incase as a back up i have ordered some headlamp cleaner £6.99 from ebay.
Having read a few posts on this headlamp cleaning , i have just tried using soda crystals with water on a scourer sponge. It happens to be on a rainy day and the lights were only slightly opague, It does look alot better but will wait to see what they look like on a dry day.
Hi , i have a similar problem coming as one rear wheel bearing is moaning just a little. My Honda is the same as yours with 80000 miles on a 2014 plate. Honda are wanting £212 Part no. 42200-TLO-G51 each. No problems fitting then ?
