    K20A6 Service Tools

The fill hole is on the side of the gearbox above the drain hole. Once you see it, it's easy access from the underside to remove. Then fill from the top.

    K20A6 Service Tools

Hi. Yes I used a funnel and piece of clear tube to fill the gearbox from the top of the engine bay. I drained the oil from the bottom 3/8 square bolt, then refitted it once empty. I then removed the bolt above the drain plug and lowered the car back on to the ground. I then fed the tube...

    Cheeky Favour

I've read a few comments where people say it's deafening (could be exaggerating). Tinnitus seriously sucks. Did you also have chronic tinnitus? Or did it only happen after being exposed to loud sounds?

    Cheeky Favour

Hi all, I'm looking to get a K&N Typhoon on my Accord 2.0 (K20A6). Unfortunately I had the crappy experience of suffering with tinnitus recently. Whilst I have no hearing loss or measurable damage to my ear; I am concerned about sound inside the car with a open CAI fitted. Before I go ahead...

    EP3 Type R Steering Wheel

Hello all, I am looking to change my standard Accord steering wheel (with cruise and radio function) for a EP3 Type R steering wheel (will lose cruise and radio function) Is it as simple as buying the steering wheel and fitting; or do I need any adapters etc. to make it work? Thanks for any...

Should probably add. Only turbo cars have intercoolers.

accord 2.0 i vtech 2003 ,Sport air filter and intercooler

If it's a 2.0 i-vtec petrol, there will be no intercooler. It's a NA engine. Perhaps an intake such as K&N Typoon, with a cat back exhaust will be the best route.

Accord CL7 2.0 Sport RR Results

Very nice! Really wanted a DC5 for years. Haven't got round to scratching the itch unfortunately. I know what you mean about wanting more power. Enough is never enough. Even when I owned a 280 BHP vRS!

Accord CL7 2.0 Sport RR Results

I'm not sure which direction to go with mine. I'll be honest, I prefer the simpler look of the CL7 Sport over the kitted CL9 Type S (I'm probably the only person in existence who does!) I've got a plan to do swap a straight K24 or K20A2 engine in the future......or a mixture of the two; K24...

Accord CL7 2.0 Sport RR Results

I've been talking with UKCL9 regarding a reflash. I'm planning to get it done after the new intake is fitted. As the engine doesn't have huge tuning potential, my plan is to focus on chassis and brakes to make it handle.

Accord CL7 2.0 Sport RR Results

Hi all, Was slightly bored on Friday, so thought I'd see if any RR's had a free slot. Found one with a Dyno Dynamics one and booked on. Car run with 132,000 miles and results were Horsepower - 150.7 (Honda state 153) Torque - 143.8 lb/ft (not sure what Honda state) This gave me 123.6...

    K20A6 Service Tools

Transmission fluid changed. I learnt the lesson of: Don't bother buying the gearbox key. From the underside it's an absolute nightmare and there isn't enough space for the gearbox tool on a rachet. I ended up simply using the 3/8 square drive head on my breaker bar. This was suggested...

    Uprated Exhaust Manifold; Standard Cams

Ah right! Change of plan in that case. I'll get the reflash and CAI. Will find some light wheels; decent coilovers and set the car up to handle well. No point spending the money on the manifold if I'll have those issues.
