Some of these letters are duplicates, I had mine sorted, and then got another letter to get it done again, checked with dealer and was ok not required to attend again.

Any one had this? the fuel gauge does not appear to moving, i.e. empty when switched off, and full when switched on, so now judging tank contents by mileage covered. and computer read outs. Any suggestions appreciated.
Used it for years in my 7, now with the low saps in my 8, no worries at all, but change every 6,000 rather than the 12,000, you can let the filter do 12,000 if you like
WELL DONE! I make you right about the oil changes, 12,000 is far too far. Does the old chain sag when held out horizontally? that is where the wear shows itself.
Had a look at removing then cleaning the rear washer nozzle, but how do I get at it, on my 2011 tourer idtec? Looking up I see two tags that appear to be clips and have got them moving but the lower side of the red lense refuses to budge, any help appreciated.
Bit the bullet, removed the scuttle and swapped out the originals for a pair of universals, if any one like t try it not much of a hassle just loads of silly plastic plugs, and good tug off it comes, do not forget to remove the wiper arms. lol,
Anyone got a quick tip to remove them without having the front to pieces mine are clogged up and no amount of pin pushing will restore them to their former glory, or is there some magic fluid that will do the job?
