swap exec model HID headlights onto type S?

Yes, the Red Stripe, it really suits the weather, light and refreshing, just like the weather of home, huh? :D The only plus about the Suzuki Vitara, is that I know that I'd never buy one when I return (it's a company car!) :)

swap exec model HID headlights onto type S?

There's a little bit of work to do this. If you want to pass the MOT. The head-lamps will fit, but you'll need to take: 1. Ballast 2. Cabling 3. Levellers 4. ECU 5. Head-lamps 6. Head-light washers You'll also need somewhere on the shocks to attach the levellers (***uming you'll do this??)

    Rear bumber not clipping on

TBH the bumpers are pretty resilient to knocks, etc (hence their purpose). A clip could have been broken of course, but possible he just made a mess of it. Did you try re-mounting properly first?

How to hit VTEC on 2.4 Auto

If you've an Autobox, you can keep in in the high-rev zone by manually selecting the ratio to use? It's called sport-shift? I find it useful to drop to D3 when preparing to overtake to save time for the gearbox to drop the two gears... For fun keep in D3 - you can break it as the box won't less...

    accord type s

Yes, pre-facelift Execs came with HIDs. On facelift (FL) cars, HIDs were only available with the 2.4 EX Automatic that had advanced driver ***istant system (ADAS)

Automatic transmission fluid and break fluid

Brake fluid level is at the reservoir on the left hand side of the bay. You can see the level by looking through the clear-plastic. It should be at max. Auto-fluid is on the right-hand side of the bay, and yes, it needs to be at the correct temperature and stopped for a while (let the fluid in...

This came up before, if I recall. And yes, it went away, but my memory is failing me ... something to do with a self-adjusting mechanism or similar..

    accord type s

Compared to the 2007 2.4 Exec to the 2.4 Type S there's a few differences (mostly cosmetic): 1. Exec has sunroof, full leather, head-light washers (HIDs were only in the ADAS version in facelift) 2. Type S has half-leather, body-kit, red dials, metal gear-knob I also believe from memory the...

    Heavy power steering

This viscosity would make a difference, and it's a cheap test (compared to a new rack!). However, you'll need to do some testing to determine the source. If you jack-up the front of the car (engine off) and try turning the wheel does it move easily enough or is it still stiff? If its still...

    judder from clutch?

Late to reply, but it's the clutch springs are going/gone. It's clutch replacement time to resolve. :(

    Heavy power steering

The 2.4 Accord (not 2.0 SE) is hydraulic and doesn't have a low speed mode or whatever - but it certainly isn't heavy! In fact, most of the time, there's a need to tighten the rack so it doesn't feel sloppy! If it feels heavy compared to others, then the pressure relief value (which the PSP)...

    Vibration through car at 60mph

Could be either. Various people have replaced inner/outer, etc but in the end, the only confirmed replacement is the complete shaft. Don't use Honda as it's very expensive, there are pattern parts you can use. I can't remember or search right now, but it's been covered before.
