lol, its not necessary to change o rings, but advisable, i plan on doing this sometime in the future but in two minds to whether to change o rings, they cost £4 each! Did make any difference after cleaning?

Did you change the o-rings on the injectors? Also did you get fuel spray when you took the injectiors out?

Do not go by those oil recommends, they are just generic software. On older higher mileage car you should use thicker grade oil, 10/40 is the original recommended grade by Honda, failing that you can use 5/40w for fully synthetic, which is what I use, although I have only 88k on the clock, or...

You will also need to change the seals if it is sludged up. Also the VTEC in these does not have the "kick" so make sure you are not getting confused with that it giving a big boost, these are SOHC economy engines, not high performance engine.

That is a very stupid idea, only use Honda MTF on these, nothing else, they are 100% Honda made gearboxes, not like other brands who dont design or make their own geraboxes, so you cant put any universal oil into these. Change the MTF and also inspect that your master cylinder and slave cylinder...
