ok i think iv cracked it this time i was using a fm transmitter which was plugged in the cigarette lighter all the time i think it was interfering with the satellite signals so i took it out and the satnav is working again

oh well the good old samsung s4 navigation will do for now

im having the same problem now with the strip at the bottom

clearing the memory worked for me

try to clear the s/memory

Thanks guys i cleared the s/memory and it seems to be working fine now

ita a 7th gen il try all that today thanx anyone know where the reciever is incase its being blocked by something

Hi guys and gals my navigation has been working fine for more than a year since i have owned it but recently sometimes it doesn't pick up signals and keeps saying not on digitised road has anyone else had this problem before ,and if anyone knows where on the dashboard is the reciever. thanx
