The answer is nowhere on this forum. However, I did figure it out. The drivers door needs to be open with the ignition set to "on". Then connect the battery, turn the key off and pull it out. Put it into the drivers side door and turn to the lock position. Then unlock. Then the hazard lights...

This may be an old thread, but i can not find a solution to date. I own a 57 plate honda accord i-cdti 2.2 diesel saloon. Over the weekend i removed the battery as i went away in my caravan and needed a back up. However, on my return, i fully charged the battery and put it back into the car only...
