You should try to take a look at the accelerator cable slack. There's a DIY post about this. It solved the problem for me.

I think it's a good idea, when going for an EGR off remap, to clean the intake manifold as much as you can (the second port diameter can be as 50% clogged!) . I think no need to clean the EGR itself (being off for good), but probably a good idea to clean the engine port where it connects to. But...

Had the same problem twice. The second time, I just went for a remap that solves the problem. You can even keep the original map in the car, but the EGR will be closed for good and the problem is gone. Oh, and you will be avoiding all the gunk released by the EGR to build up in the intake port.

For the headlights you should go with a plastic polish. Most of the detailing brands have them, and give great results. The 2 bucket method is basically that. Two buckets were you wash your sponge after using it in the car (to release dirt), and then another bucket to start again with clear...

Oh boy. My clutch is slipping like hell. I've got stage 2 remap from Premier Tuning and would want to stick with it. I know it's not a good idea to go with a OEM clutch. I was thinking going for a CG clutch and fw, but I don't want the car to be a pain to drive. It the pedal much more stiff...

Yep, the "Accord" badge is glued only.

Not in the back and even less good in the front.

The vent is already there and was made that way to avoid damage by road debris. Just keep it clean. I've already found a quite bit of a plastic bag in it. And a few days ago, I found a pack of cigarettes in there.
