replacing Lambda Sensor? Hard work/ DIY ?

Are you sure it's definetely the lambda sensor at fault? If yes, then yes it can be replaced easy enough. It will be tight and might require some heat, but it's just a case of disconnecting the plug then undo it with the longest spanner you can find. You'll need muscle! :D Is it the downpipe...

    honda accord spoiler

I never said anything about it fitting or not, just that it is definetely a saloon spoiler as it has the integrated light, which was not offered on the hatchbacks.

    honda accord spoiler

That spoiler is from a saloon actually mate, hatches have no secondary light. :)

    Manual heater controls

Sounds like the cable is getting tense and stopping movement. Take out the centre console and cubbys/clock etc and disconnect it from underneath, and obviously disconnect whatever else you can, plugs for stereo etc. Either way, sounds like something is getting under tension and stopping any...

ATR Grill Fitment on Non ATR

You know what, I can't even be bothered with this forum now. It's full of people that don't know what they are talking about, yet proceed to reply anyway and fill up the forum with incorrect information. Here's a pre-facelift ATR with a facelift grill, note the huge gaps at the bottom of the...

    very loud hissing under load.

Hmm, something to do with the intake or possibly crank pressure. Does it happen on hard revs when stationary?

ATR Grill Fitment on Non ATR

No mate the facelift has a much pointier bottom, which leaves nasty gaps between the grill and bumper. I will try and find a pic :).

ATR Grill Fitment on Non ATR

I hope you've taken off that Type-R badge since Havoc! ;) And yes, they fit but you have to make sure the grill is the same style. Facelift grills will not fit a pre-facelift and vice versa...

    Slight kangarooing

Sounds like fuel surge...Start off with checking injectors (send them off for an ultrasonic clean while they are out, costs nothing), then start working back through the lines, into the fuel filter then pump. Actually thinking about it, try a fuel filter first as they are inexspensive and easy...

    Engine swap

Would be a whole load of work. Would need one-off mounts, wiring, shafts, possibly hubs etc. Doubt it would be that much quicker than a healthy F20B6 either due to lack of torque.

    Black roof or Vinyl ?

Yeah vinyl would be my choice too. Avoid plastidip though! Do a search for plastidip issues, and you will find lots of people that have had plastidipped a panel then took it off a year or two later, only to find the lacquer is "bloomed" and looks cloudy, unfortunately only fixable by respraying...

    F20b6 burning oil whhen hot.

You want at least 200 p.s.i across all 4 cylinders for a healthy engine, but the main thing is that the readings are close together instead of one cylinder being down on compression compared to the others. 20w/50 would be like putting treacle into your engine! Waaaay too thick, and even if it...

    F20b6 burning oil whhen hot.

SOHCS especially shouldn't smoke though. Maybe his definition of smoke is different to mine, but if my 280k+ mile Type-V doesn't and my old blue girl doesn't (even when straight piped for hooligan trackdays ;)) then why does his? Makes me think there is some issue there.

Upgrading the brakes on a 1.8 which to go for?

I did get brakefade when I took the car on trackdays with the mintex pads, but that was after a few HARD laps on standard 6G brakes, plus I had the H22 then so the car would be going much faster than a standard 6G thus meaning I would have to brake harder. On the road though, they never faded...

Upgrading the brakes on a 1.8 which to go for?

I had MTEC discs and pads on my CH7 before I upgraded to the DC5 calipers etc and they were great! Much better feel, cheap cost and they look amazing when you order the protective coating which you can get in black, silver or gold. My advice though, don't go for drilled as there is always a...

accord 6th.Gen hatchback rear quarter panel anyone?

What does the plate have to do with it? Your private plate can be taken off your current Accord and put on retention of, then when you find another car you can transfer it over. Talk to the DVLA.

    typr r parts on a 2.0l

They will but you will need to do some wiring, fit the auto level sensors etc, plus you will need to fit the washer system in order to pass your MOT. A lot of work imo, especially when they don't actually perform that well.
