yes, door switches are ok, interior light works and it's indicated on the dash that doors are open.

Hi, guys, today I've noticed strange issue with my dashboard illumination, it doesn't light up when I'm opening door, so when I take out the key from the ignition and open the door dash should light up as before but it doesn't, also when I stick the key in and I'll turn from position I to II...

I don't know if crv have longer studs, but when I've put 5mm spacers on the rear and nuts were holding only few mm, so it's not so safe ;-)

if you want to use spacers I'd recommend hub centric as wheels should seat on the hub not on the bolts only, but the minimum thickens of hub centric bolts is 7mm and this means that you'll have to change your bolts as they will be to short...so if you don't like the look of the wheels seating...

they will fit, but offset 52 means that wheels will be deep in the wheel arch, imo this look quite odd, but it's only my opinion, anyway they will fit with spigot rings

offset on your car is approx 50, wheels with offset 42 will be ok, don't know what's the width, but they shouldn't stick out of the wheel arch, you don't need any spacers as lower offset is pushing wheels out, if you'd have offset 60 or so then you'd need spacers. if it comes to nuts standard...

in your choice, ET it's not the issue but the tyre you want to fit 205/40 would look a bit weird also if you'd fit that tyre your speedo won't show you right speed as overall wheel diameter will be smaller, Honda recommends205/55 for 16", 225/45 for 17" or 225/40 for 18", if it comes to offset...
