Why not remove cat? Diesels act differently with them removed? I have heard a few nice 'whoosh' sounding accord diesels on youtube :)

That may be the case but I prefer the looks of the CL7/9 model. The remap/re-flash offered on this thread seems to be a good option. Shame there is no conclusive before/after dyno results. :(
