All Facelifted 6th gens are the same mate. from 2001 onwards the calipers from 1.8, 2.0 and 2.3 are all the same mate. Pre facelift dont fit as I had this issue myself last month when i got a caliper from a 1999 1.8 and it didnt fit my 2001 1.8 sport ;)

You can try getting some grips and pulling the cable from where the handle is inside the car. sounds like you've either got too much slack on the cable or its snapped, or you have a stuff release mech. try that and let me know how u get on buddy ;)

Running vpower nitro+ every other tank doesn't work mate. I run my 2001 1.8 sport on vpower nitro+ only. It goes to show as when I stripped the head down on my dc2 there was zero carbon build up on my valves ect, so I can honestly say it works. ;)

Main dealer is a rip off for the gaskets. It's a mission of a job as gotta remove a load of **** to get to the bottom bolt lol. I brought mine off a firm in California on eBay. Genuine Honda gaskets for 28odd dollars, works out £17.88 dlivered. Got to me in 6 days. I'll add the link for ya when...

There minor jobs fella. Anti roll bar links front, 10 mins between them. Anti roll bar bushes 15 to 25 mins dependant on corrosion. Front discs and pads 25 mins. Rear anti roll bar links 15-20 mins. Rear anti roll bar D bushes 7-10 mins All done within the hour. Plus 20 mins for aux belts ;)
