    Eibach pro-kit and wheel alignment

Dave they are just being conservative they should be able to do the job in two hours. The geometry check is FOC but there is no way that after it been done something wont need adjusting somewhere. Tony actually trains others how to use the hunter system and is regarded as a guru in car geometry.

    Eibach pro-kit and wheel alignment

WIM charge £70 ph labour so thats £140 to change the springs, the geometry check and adjust would between £50 and £70 depends on whats adjusted. If your handy with spanners changing springs is pretty easy if you have or can borrow the correct tools.

    2.2 i-ctdi oil questions

IMO its far better to change a slightly lesser quality oil every 5k than keep a slightly better oil in for 12k especially on dervs.

REVIEW: EXOL 0w/30 Fully Synthetic Engine Oil

Type S will want 5w40 IIRC CJ or other petrol owners will know better. Most people who have gone exol are using dervs and 0w30, ive got some 5w40 but carriage would be silly cost. IIRC I paid about £65 for 25 litres of 5w40 but could be wrong.

DIY - 8th Gen Auto IDTEC Brake Pad change

Things look promising so far as its a different design altogether, however as we know time will tell. The thing with any power mod your gonna have to accept extra wear and tear on drivetrain it goes hand in hand.

DIY - 8th Gen Auto IDTEC Brake Pad change

Yep mate seem the idtec remaps pretty nice, suprisingly gains on the Type S are not much higher than that.
