In your case probably glow plugs first thing to look at. Try turning the ignition on and off couple of times before starting (cycle the glow plugs). excess smoke is likely unburnt diesel but keep an eye on oil as well. Blue smoke tends to be burning oil.

Am not sure but try swapping the suspect shaft with a known good one and see if its any different. Your dealer will do this (for a handsome fee of course), or if you have a friend prepared to help out, or buy the cheapest second hand one you can. Even if it causes the vibration, if the noise...

Fair enough! The clutch pedal does normally sit higher than the brake. Think its so you aren't as likely to accidentally hit the brake pedal instead of the clutch.

I guess what you are wanting is the clutch pedal to be stopped by the pedal mechanism and not the switch.

Thats often the way the clutches go, slips and then grips for a while and then eventually goes again. Mine was slipping a few months ago but has been fine since, I most have done 5-6k in that time! Do CG Motorsport sell just the kits and do we still need the honda alignment tool?

You could always argue remap = less chance of her stalling at slow speeds = avoids oil light coming on :D

Is the outside temperature reading ok? I had this sensor go faulty and when it was thinking the temperature was -20 in the middle of the summer :o That affected the climate control somewhat!
