    Help identifying which wheel bearing

Tricky one. Just replaced both rear wheel bearings on mine. Car jacked up and the drivers side was making a slight amount of noise. Other side was fine. Turned hard right and the noise stopped. Replaced drivers side bearing and the noise was still there. Mechanic who changed it said he...

    2.0 Tourer Exhaust

I'm not going to have the car for anywhere near the life of a new exhaust so I may go down the 'bodge it' route and see if it lasts.

    2.0 Tourer Exhaust

A bit steep? At least they should supply the KY! Does anyone know though as I'm in need of one aswell and I'm not spending £450 on an exhaust!

Drivers rear wheel and disc are red hot!

Here's the link but not sure if you'll be able to see it as it's in the for sale section and I don't think your post count is high enough. I think you've only got another 7 or 13 posts to go though. http://typeaccord.co.uk/forum/topic/12126-7th-gen-accord-tourer-rear-brake-hose-flexi-pipes/...

    Squeaking/Chirping noise when pulling away

Funny you should mention this as my 2.0 does exactly the same! Currently on about 113k. Totally random when it does it and no other clutch slip.

Interior light - no 'on' position?!

LOL - I'll give you another one for free aswell. If you want to tilt the sunroof instead of retract it push the button up (rather than forward or back)

Real Honda Part Numbers On Lings

Phone Lings by all means but I bet Holdcroft Honda will do the parts cheaper. Make sure you mention Type Accord.

    Driving in the snow?

I have to say, of all the cars I have driven I have found my Accord Tourer pretty much the worst/scariest in the snow. Over the last 2 Winters I've had 2 different makes of tyres on aswell which made no difference. The ABS is scarily sensitive so you touch the brakes and nothing happens and...

    Car battery vs cold weather

amps - the more the better voltage - 12v as all car batteries are I'd say disconnecting the battery will have little benefit. When the cars off there shouldn't be a noticeable drain, it's the cold cranking power that's the issue not the charged level of the battery.

    Tyre weld and others

The last 2 punctures I've had would not have been fixed by tyre weld or similar. Have you not seen the profile tyre on space savers? The tyre is huge (as in high) the rim is pretty small.

    Subwoofer

As Shabz says, been looking at doing this myself. First port of call for me is to use the High Level Inputs on an amplifier I have. Second port of call could be this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jHHlU_lUHhY And if you want to do it properly, i.e not cheaply one of these would be the best...

So where do I start replacing the Accord?

There's not really much uncertainty, Saab has gone pop. The parts side of it, was/is a separate company so they will continue for a long time. You could pick up a very very nice 9-5 Aero for £4000. £500 on performance mods would push it to close to 300bhp if that's what you are after? Will...

    Quick Coolant Temperature Query

It's a stupid design and the dial will be electronic any way so could have been set to any position they desired. I don;t know why normal is not bang in the middle.
