    Baby Car Seat Recommendations

Its when the plastic of the belt buckle is touching plastic on the car seat. This is a big no-no as it means in a crash the plastic on plastic would snap meaning the seat belt wouldn't be working at all.

    Baby Car Seat Recommendations

Need a forward facing seat now the little un is a bit bigger. Just been to Halfords to try the Maxi Cosi Axiss which is the one I wanted as it swivels making it easier in and out but it doesn't fit as it had buckle crunch. The lady fitting it reeled of a long list of seats that would also...

Accord Tourer 2004 Tailgate Struts Replacement Guide

Awesome guide. Don't need it yet but I'm sure I will some day. Could have done the job myself without a guide but I know that alot of the clips would have ended up broken.

    7th gen stock 16" alloys

No, becasue that's the location of your pictures on your desktop. You need to upload them to an image site such as photobucket or flickr (both free) and then link from there.

    Cables routing

There is a rubber gromet in the passenger side of my car that cables/wires from the engine come into the car. Is yours left or right hand drive? Open the door and kneel on the floor and look under the dashboard and you should see it.

    Oil change accessibility

I've parked one wheel on the pavement/curb many a time to do an oil change. As said already I've got stands and trolley jacks but I still don't like going under the car. The thought of a head sandwich with the engine and tarmac/road as the bread is not appealing.

Anyone build an MPH vs MPG graph for the Tourer? (And is 80MPH a terrible speed?)

My Tourer 2.0 has the worst gearing I could imagine for cruising. It's revving it's nuts off (4K ish) at just under 80mph which isn;t good at all. Need a 6th gear.

    Recommendations please

I haven't put alot on, they were only fitted about 3 weeks ago and they are on the back. I had them on my Saab and although I can't remember the exact miles I wasn't disappointed with the wear rate. Will be having an experiment when the snow comes and see which are better on the fronts, the...

    Recommendations please

Neuton Tyres. Sold by a Saab specialist and used by alot of Saab owners pushing some decent BHP. I've got them on the Accord and do rate them. They are a very long way off being ditchfinders. I'd say they are on par with the Falken I also had on the Accord...

16" vs 17" rims / Winter tyres - advice sought

As said already, Winter tyres will be fine on your existing wheels but you must have 4 winter tyres fitted. Mixing "normal" tyres and winter tyres will see you in serious trouble as the front will stick very well whilst the back will be swapping ends.

Driver's window won't go up? I have the solution!

Phil, I have the same problem but have a solution that doesn't involve turning the ignition off. 2-3 thumps of the door car above the arm rest seems to work like a charm.

    locked keys in car

If you are going to try and break back in I bet the remote locking button could be pushed with a metal ruler type tool from the top of the drivers door.
