    Headlight issue

You replaced the whole box? Did you not check and replace the individual relay?

    Xenon retrofit

Light output varies massively from different brands. I've always had good experience with horizon LEDs, they do come with decent ballasts. Another consideration, I put Cree bulbs in my CBR600 out of curiosity plus didn't want to mess with ballasts wiring. I was really impressed. The light...

    Oxfordshire Alternator Help needed

You won't get a genuine one today but Eurocaparts have them for under £200 after using promo code Xmas. Genuine one will cost a pretty penny I imagine.

Are you wheels showing any signs of corrosion, worth getting the tyre shop to check the wheel rim is clean and sound surface.

    Diskbrakes

Apparently discs do not warp (which is B0!!ox) it's DVT or disc variation thickness. As someone mentioned above if the hub has run out, you will experience brake judder after 500-1000 miles as the disc wears unevenly causing run out in the disc. In reality both exist and what I thought was DVT...

    Hondabond vs others

As above it's made by threebond and is excellent. A quality non acid RTV with a wide temp range and oil resistance should be fine. There are times you need a semi drying sealant, like Hondabond 4 but most other time RTV does the job.

As I know it from memory the doors only get mid range from the stock amp. Your co axials should be ok, if anything the tweeters should be underwhelming

    Clutch and Flywheel going?

Clutch time is 6-7hrs Solid flywheel as mentioned, just clean up with a roloc disc. check for hot spots on the surface and if bad get it refaced. Last thing you want is a warped flywheel. Though usually they're OK with a clean up.

    Speaker wiring colours

Looks interesting, that will bypass the stock amp meaning you will need your own amp and either patch back into the stock speaker wires or run new ones. The stock headunit actually outputs a proper 4v 'rca' signal. Nothing was available years back so I just soldered in RCA and ran to AMP...

Silicone grease, you don't need a lot just a light smear and clean off any that squeezes out.

Rear anti roll bar corroded where the bushes fit

usually just sand back to remove pitting, sharp points, pack the bush with suitable grease and install. Unless it's really bad that it affects diameter.

    Power steering cooler pipe. Opinions

It's there for a reason, you'll be surprised how much cooling it does. It's not a big part replace with original or get one from a breakers.

Clutch issues due to cruise control

Can't believe the garage said that was a possible cause! self adjusting clutch needs the proper install tool, otherwise you can trigger the self adjusting mechanism which is game over. Many don't use the tool. It's slipping in higher gears because that's when the engine is producing The...

    Neutral or not?

Pull back is almost always drive. I think it's good practice putting into neutral, prevents possible disc warping and pi£#ing off drivers behind you. Though won't have detrimental effect on the clutch pack leaving in drive.

    Discs & Pads

The Tourer has a separate parking brake whereas the saloon has the handbrake mechanism built into the caliper (like most cars). That's the reason they wind in and out.
