Seriously doubt it, sounds more like it need bled -easy to do there's a bolt on top of the filter, just release it and pump the fuel bulb close by - then retighten. Yes Low pressure -thankfully :) As I've said sounds very much like air in the fuel system.- very common after a change of FF...

How long has your clutch lasted

Padraig, ask if the clutch pedal was adjusted. I've a hunch this is what causes all the problems and would explain why your new clutch didn't last....

    DRL's

sorry, but from my point of view, DRL's are meant to be bright because, well they're used during the day. by restricting the voltage onto the main beam, which scatters the light into a wide arc, into a very warm almost yellow light - don't see the point. May as well just turn on your dipped beam....

    LED CONVERSIONS

are all the problems with led bulbs in post facelift? Does the post facelift have CAN bus? This would explain a lot. Can see why the high level LED could interfere with the radio signal as the aerial is on the back windscreen, but can't think why they'd emit any radio frequency. Maybe they're...

    HELP!

Glazed is an expression when it's got overheated pal. The friction material should be dull, but when over heated i.e when slipping on the flywheel takes on a 'shiny' hence glazed appearance.. Best of luck with the warranty....

Finished fitting HIDs to Lows, Fulls, and Spots/Fogs

good stuff Pad, the only thing is when you 'flash' someone it's bound to be disappointing as the bulbs will be cold and therefore poorly lit. Additionally you put a strain on the ballasts when flashing

    HELP!

Rosser, as said if it's slippin' and you're covered just get it changed. Make sure they check.adjust the clutch pedal though. I've no definite proof, but when I remapped, I instantly had slip so much so I had to go back to standard. Tried again a year later, had slip. Changed the clutch fluid -(...

    Can anyone identify this part?

As we've got a variable geometry turbocharger this is the actuator for this. Very similar to a wastegate actuator, but as we've got a VGT we don't need one of those. there's no doubt a wiki for this hang on.... yes, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Variable_geometry_turbocharger

Check engine light on - what could it be?

Ben, if you want to do this yourself you need an OBD2 Scanner. Google for it. It'll tell you why the ECL is on but reading the stored code. You can then google for the code and it'll tell you what the code is ***ociated with

    DTC P1237

as others have said, but make sure it's bled properly. If not done properly can though up the code. Can't seem to recall anyone needing their fuel pump replaced. It a high pressure unit and very expensive. It's probably the reason the fuel pressure is monitored well in this engine and will go...

    Headlights bulbs blowing

no, I'd stick with 10amp is there for a reason. In fact your ballast should draw less current anyway so strictly speaking should be a 7 or 8. The positive wire touching the chassis will defo blow the fuse, so circa 10amps flowed until the fuse popped. Putting in a 20amp then 20amp will flow if...
