    I had same problem on my Accord - it was the plastic sheet underneath the rear door card that had come adrift and allowed water into the inside - sounds like the same problem ! Hope this helps

    Hi all, update - yes the AA came out today and fitted the new Takata airbag module, when he took the old one off - he confirmed it WAS the new one that Honda replaced around 5/6 years ago !!!!!!! But he replaced it anyway as he said Honda would keep hounding me if not ! Took about 15 mins total...

    Hi, I don`t know what area you are located, but you could give Tameside Transmission in Denton Manchester a ring, they are specialist in gearboxes and I can highly recommend them - they know what they are doing - they sorted my 05 2.4 auto exec Tourer out, got to be worth a phone call.     I think I have used my cruise control probably a dozen or so times all the time I have had the car - its really pointless in the part of the country I live in (M61 M60 M63 M6) as the traffic is crackers so I would be forever resetting it ! its easier just to let the car do it, our BMW also...
