You might find the cable from the holder go to a control box most likely hidden behind the glove box. Would not think they would have done anything to the internal mic. The control box will connect the external mic and also the cables going to the stereo from sound the mute fuction and also...

Hi Paul the sat nav system I think is very easy to use not sure where the traffic updates come from but to be honest they are not alwasy that good. there is no yearly cost.

Hi have the boot lip one there is pics in the members gallery under my 2009 type S I think it does break up the straight lines give the back end more of a finished look if u know what I mean.
