I don't think coasting contributes to DMF failures. DMF will go once you hit high mileage, anyway. 660 quid is an excellent price, though.

I've got the EX. After two years of ownership I finally managed to set up the HFT. It's reasonably good, people can hear me just fine. The sat-nav is decent, still have to trust your instincts but I find it fairly accurate. The sound system is very good, rear speakers are easy to upgrade...

Please don't buy budget tyres, spend money on a decent set that will give you excellent grip and braking efficiency. After all, it's the only thing that connects to the road so why would you skimp on this?

What about the front hid fogs? Is it the same as the front h1 headlights?

I tried to do it without removing the battery, forget it. I don't have a slim ballast so it's going on the suspension mounts. And I'm taking it to my local garage. :D

Got 350 miles out of my 2006 2.2 ctdi last time. About 33 litres of nitro+ at a total cost of 50 quid. 120 miles of that was motorway, rest was town driving. An avg of 48.22 mpg. Quite impressive considering how I drive! Last time I filled up with a full tank, the trip was showing 787 miles on...

I know what the problem is. It's coolant. I had it changed in Aug. The heating was sporadic today, sometimes heat was coming through and sometimes not, and I had it on high. Air in the system?

Nah, it's definitely fuel filter related because when I turn the ignition for the glow plugs I can hear something winding and it's synced to the fuel gauge movement. I'm baffled. It doesn't affect performance or mpg. I will try and get a video of this.

Make sure you clay the car. You only need to do that twice a year, but the results are worth it.

Sept 2006. It's got the stamps. I have had it for 2 years. The 8th gen rear space seems rather cramped, though.

I'm considering a 2.0 EX petrol. Currently driving a 56 ctdi - it's done 66,000. I'm not sure what I'd get for it in a p/e. 4.5K?
