Welcome to the club Keith. It sounds like the anti-roll bar links (a common problem). They cost about £40 each from Honda and can be tricky to fit, but if you have a dremel, the old one's can be cut off with a carbon disc ;)

Pete, I was just trying to make the point that the speedo is pretty well in accurate as it is, and that by changing to 50 aspect ratio actually improves this, and I take your point about the insurance :(

The speedo over reads by nearly 6% with 225/45/17's, which to me is unroadworthy :o . Putting 225/50/17's on brings the speedo to being just about spot on, I've proved this using a GPS :(

Well I did call him last week when I was at HH, and he was positive it was nothing to do with the re-map!

Yeah CJ, it is a new OEM part bought from my local dealer. I gave the delaer to old "loyal customer, how about doing it FOC as a good will gesture" bit, but it fell on deaf ears :( I've called Honda UK to voice my concerns, they will get back to me in about 3 days :(

The guy who diagnosed the problem in the first place using a fault code reader, has told me on both occasions that it is the left rear. I've removed and checked the sensor twice this week and everything is good :D

It is weird that we all seem to have had the problem with the same sensor. When the guy was doing the test, I just knew it would be the l/h rear B) I did see one on e-bay for £47 plus p&p, and import duty, so god know how much it would have cost by the time it got to me...
