Hello all My rear parking sensors seem to be faulty. When in reverse with the sensors turned on, they alarm is constantly sounding, even when not near anything. What may be the cause of this and how would I trouble shoot? Disconnect sensors one at a time? Thanks

Just to update this, it was the yaw rate sensor that was at fault

Hi F6HAD, I have an autel code reader, which I connected, and there are no codes present. Would you think this may not read all codes, or if there was a code present for EPS should any OBD2 reader display it?

I haven't it since new, my only thinking on it still being there is the there is no soot in the exhaust pipe? If the dpf was removed, would there be soot evident in the exhaust pipe? Ya i suppose cant say for definite then prior to me getting it if was changed, but around 76000 on it when i got it.

Im at 147000 miles on my car, and still original DPF. Something i have never noticed is it actually completing a regeneration cycle, maybe this wouldn't be obvious?

I ran power direct from the battery, with a fuse in the line. All i didnt do was make a connection into the fog lamp feed. the fog lamp is in the bootlid, but im hoping it should be possible to get this from cabling in the side panels rather than having to go into boot lid

Just fitted a towbar and have to wire in bypass relay. Can the 12v be taken from a point in the fuse box or must this come direct from the battery?

From Honda its part of the pump. The garage i had it with is a bosch service centre, the valve was sourced from Bosch. I dont have a part number but it should be on the valve itself. There available on ebay

Just to add closure to this issue with my car. P0087 fault code. It was the metering valve on fuel pump. I had this replaced about a couple of months ago.
