Aux (fan) Belt change on a 2009 2.2 8th Gen Accord

Glad to see the pictures came in handy. The Spanner I used was a Hallmark RRXL14, from the local car parts shop for about £20, there are probably cheaper options out there, but I wanted one the same day as the weather was good that day, (problem with working on the driveway). Regards Sam

Aux (fan) Belt change on a 2009 2.2 8th Gen Accord

Just Replaced the Belt!!! Not too difficult just a bit fiddly, I used a long 14mm ring spanner on the tensioner to release pressure on the belt and I took a panel out the wheel arch to get to the bottom pulleys. I would upload some pictures but not sure how now that photobucket has stopped working.

Thanks for that, sounds simple enough, although I think the video is of a different accord as it shows 3.0 V6? I am going down the local car parts shop later to see if I can get a replacement if not I’ll go to Honda and try and get one from them. Thanks Sam

Diesel Filter Change Rounded Stuck bolt

Thanks for all the replies guys. The bolt is completely rounded on all sides and there is no room for mole grips as the pipe is too close, I had a look around for a replacement cap with that part number but the cheapest I could find was £75. I might try cutting the bolt head off with a Dremel if...
