Hi all, The bulb has failed in the heated seat switch. I've had the unit out and checked connections, is it possible to get to the bulb to change it or do I need a new switch unit? Thanks, Ian.

The HB instructs to set climate to hi while running the engine after initially filling the rad from empty for bleed purposes. In terms of checking temperature of the engine and the rad fan initiating, the system worked the engine hotter with the climate off, and so causing the rad fan to start...

Strike that! Fan rad has kicked in, engine temp normal. All good. Thanks.

Same run again, no heating. Temp normal, fan still not kicking in.

Had the same problem tried expensive bulbs with no change. Bought two bulbs 5 months ago for £4 and they are fine...for now.

Had the heater on max too.

Thanks Saj, Yes I initially left the rad cap off for 10mins and watched it bubble and gush a small amount of coolant out then topped it back up. I've just been out for a 15 min high rev run, quite nice, kept it between 2000 and 3000rpm. Got it back and the rad fan has still not kicked in. Temp...

Hi all, I have drained, flushed and replaced the coolant today. The HB suggests, after replacing the coolant, running the car until the fan kicks in. Car temperature at normal after 10 mins or so and waited...still no fan. Ran the engine (idle with and without AC) for maybe 30 mins...still no...
